* On Jul 12th Mass State Shoot was held. Randy Klockers took the lead on this event! Roger reported another great profit and many participants. Many compliments to the folks who worked on the grounds, kitchen and facility.
Thanks to the folks who participated and worked. Remember we need volunteers!
· The following new members were voted in. Charlie Hobbs and Paul Beaulieu.
· The club is still missing tables! Please return if you have them. The new tables in the club hall are not for loan.
· The club is now missing some chicken racks? If you borrowed please return!
· Pease watch out for trespassers! Some one had moved some of the sporting clay machines and used up all the Trap clay pigeons. This cost the club money and it’s stealing.
· Roger King brought up that the end of driveway continues to erode. Suggested to get quotes for placement of asphalt on beginning slope of drive.
· Treasure John Mott and myself will not be seeking re-election for office. John has been treasure for 6 years straight and I’ve been secretary for the last 5 years. It has been an honor to serve the club and both of us are stepping down for personal reasons. We will continue to be active club members.
· NRA suggests to set up a log book for club members to sign in and state activity. Should something happen, at least we may have a witness?
· Voted for Mark Pluffe suggestion to rent a 1,000 yard container for $1,000. to get rid of tires on range. Part of the range improvement plan.
· Vote to send the current BOD and officers to the NRA dinner / event in September.
· Voted to let Ed Pollock rent the club on 14 Nov.
