Turkey Shoot was
another successful event on the 12th of November. Barry
Peddle was the coordinator for this activity. Approximately 30 participants
ventured out on a drizzle day. Young Charlie Hobbs shot a rubber glove blowing
in the wind at the 100 yard mark to win that round!
Youth Chucker Partridge Shoot was on
the 25th of November and had a turnout about 4 kids. 25 birds were put up and none were lost. David Hobbs coordinated this activity.
Kids Christmas Party was held on December 3rd. Roger Chouinard & his
wife coordinated this activity with Santa Clause and his Elf’s. The hall was decorated in the Christmas
spirit and munchies, cookies and beverages were served. Santa made it and gave out gifts to the
children’s delight. The kids all had a
great time including Santa! Club
members gave a big appreciation applause - many thanks to the Chouinards and
all the folks who helped and participated.
The Fire Alarm has been completely installed, tested and Rick Electric gave a presentation on the operation of the new system. Instructions are posted to the right side of the control panel next to the kitchen door. Alarm Panel keys were issued to Dave Hobbs, Jeff Degnan, George Marshall & Mike Crevier. George Marshall was the POC for overseeing this contract. Inspection and acceptance was completed in conjunction with Fire Chief Joe Rogowski.
Thanks to the folks who participated
and worked.
