Activities

 

* Archery Shoot every Monday starting at 6:30 PM. More info call Tom @ 355-4980.

Last month had a total of 30 shooters.

 

*  Trap started! Every Wednesday at 7:30 PM.  Call Jeff Degnan at 355 – 6433 for info.

 

*  Sporting Clays Every Thursday at 5:30 PM & Sundays starting at 10:00 AM. Call Roger King for more info at 413 – 477/8745.

 

 

*  Club Member Howard Ziff as our volunteer representative gave an update on the Fire Suppression appeal to the State of Massachusetts.  The appeal is in standby mode – waiting for an appeal date.

 

·        Tom Jankuskas has volunteered to be the chairman of the Exterior Committee.

·        The lawn deck has been repaired and runnning like a top!

 

Clubs members gave appreciation applause for all the completed activities.

 

Club members voted for approval on the following items:

 

 

* Voted to provide Howard Ziff, local Board of Health with a list of club members willing to volunteer as responders in case of a large scale terrorist attack.

 

* Approved $500.00 to replace the kitchen faucets.

 

*  Voted to raise the 150 Member Cap up to 175.  This is a By-law change and will have to be voted on at the next 3 consecutive meetings and with two-thirds vote.  This was the first approval.

 

NEW BUSINESS

 

A proposal to install a sign at the end of the road to advertise club functions was discussed.
