* Club Member Howard Ziff as our volunteer representative gave an update on the Fire Suppression appeal to the State of Massachusetts. The appeal is in standby mode – waiting for an appeal date.
· Tom Jankuskas has volunteered to be the chairman of the Exterior Committee.
· The lawn deck has been repaired and runnning like a top!
Clubs members gave appreciation
applause for all the completed activities.
Club members
voted for approval on the following items:
* Voted to provide Howard Ziff, local
Board of Health with a list of club members willing to volunteer as responders
in case of a large scale terrorist attack.
* Approved $500.00 to replace the kitchen
faucets.

Voted to raise the 150 Member Cap up to 175. This is a By-law change and will have to be voted on at the next
3 consecutive meetings and with two-thirds vote. This was the first approval.
A proposal to
install a sign at the end of the road to advertise club functions was
discussed.
