been combined with the Grandone Music Scholarship Fundraiser. The menu will include chicken, brisket and
ribs! Activities will include games and Air Slide for the kids. Free food for kids.

The ceiling, lights, & exit signs in the hall were replaced.

Tim Fitzgerald reviewed the new Emergency Fire Evacuation Plan. Tim
showed a Fire Emergency Training video
to 26 club members. In event of a fire,
all folks will meet in the parking lot.
Fire extinguishers, exit plans and lights were discussed and pointed out.
* Club Member Howard Ziff as our volunteer representative gave an update on the Fire Suppression appeal to the State of Massachusetts.
* The new Dumpster is in place! Now we just have to get rid of the old one.
Clubs members gave appreciation applause
for all the completed activities.
Club members
voted for approval on the following items:
* Voted to limit regular meeting
minutes news letters to quarterly (Jan, Apr,Jul,Oct).
* To let Club member Randy Rife use the
Club on 6 & 7 August for a Boy Scout function.

Voted to raise the 150 Member Cap up to 175. This is a By-law change and will have to be voted on at the next
3 consecutive meetings and with two-thirds vote.
