* Tony reported that we made a small profit for both the Black Powder Breakfast and Meat Raffle held on April 26. Tony said the attendance for the meat Raffle was low but the club still did okay.
* Butch Brown reported another successful Black Powder Shoot held 25,26 & 27 April.
* Steve DiSilvestro gave an update on the propose pond. The Barre Conservation made a site visit and approved. We are waiting for the Mass Natural Heritage to complete its endangered species survey. He is soliciting contractor quotes or volunteers from the club to perform the work.
* Club members gave a big applause of appreciation for all volunteers, who worked, organized or donated for this month activities.
* Monday night archery POC Fig.
* Every other Monday @ 6:00 200 yard Rifle shoot POC Pete Stalker.
* Tuesday 20 May, 22 shoot - Tony
* Wednesdays at 7:30 Trap - Mike.
* Friday, 20 Jun, Pistol shoot – Bert Dervnay
* Pepper’s Turkey award winner is Mark Koenig! Congratulations! Mark shot a 22 pound Turkey with Godzilla spurs and pecker! This bird came in hard!
* Early Cooley Sr. had a by pass surgery and voted to send him a get well basket.
* Keith Parker was voted as Bar Manager and will receive on the job training from club officers. Congratulations!
* The club roof lost some shingles on the north side and Tom Jankauskas volunteered to lead the repairs.
* Voted to let the Hardwick Fundraising Committee sponsored by club member Jason Holden to use the club on 20 July from 2 -6:30 to raise money for a community playground. Event is open to the public and serving BBQ Chicken.
* Kevin Cooley; Mass Police Association -conduct qualifications shoot on 24 June.
* Mark Koenig is getting the BSC Blues Band back together. Call (978)724/0213 if interested. Must be 21 and can be family members.
