UPCOMING EVENTS

March 11, 2006 GAME SUPPER starts at 6:00 PM. Tickets are $20.00.

Boy Scout Camp Out / Roger King June 10^th & 11^th. Range will be closed.

Activities

* Tony Pitisci reported the front light for the parking lot has been replaced / repaired with help from Steve Koenig.

* Steve also trimmed tree branches along the electrical feed lines for the Trap House.

* The Game Supper is coming and work will start Tuesday at 6:00 PM for preparing the different dishes & continue through Friday. Those who plan to attend please donate a desert / pie.

* Tim Fitzgerald will be selling the BSC custom embroidered hats for $20.00 at the Game Supper.

* Club members gave a big applause of appreciation for all volunteers, who worked, organized or donated for this month activities.

· The appeal process for the State mandate Fire Suppression System will be on March 8^th. Club member Howard Ziff wants the previous member witnesses to be ready to attend.

NEW BUSINESS

* Voted to have Tony set up a Meat Raffle. Tony has an auctioneer who will volunteer to get sales going.

· Voted to set up another committee for organizing a Combat Pistol Competition Shoot. Bert will meet with the Board of Directors on Thursday.

Voted to let Dan Luks Boy Scout

Troop from Oakham used the club on 18 & 19 March 2006. The range will be closed and the troop expects to finish Sunday morning.
