Thanks to the folks who participated and worked. Remember we need volunteers!

 

·         Voted yes for the Mass Shoot on 12 Jul 2009 and Randy Klockers will lead this event.

·          Vote yes for Roger King’s proposal to donate a $100.00 to the East Quabbin Land Trust.

·         The Youth Turkey Hunt has 19 Students signed up.  Pepper and Rick French are looking for volunteers to help out.  March 28th is the class and 25th of April is the guided hunt.

·         Voted yes to allow Chris Duggan to organize the youth pheasant hunt and $300.00 to purchase birds.

·         Peppers big Buck award goes to Barry Peddle.  At 183 pounds!  I did hear some comments that this Buck didn’t have any velvet or ear rings.

·          Congratulation Barry!

·         Voted $200.00 for the automatic phone call service.  This will allow BSC to announce upcoming events.  Fig will contract the services through One Call Now Company.

·         Voted for Bryan Waterman and Chris Duggan as the BSC representatives for the Upper Ware River Advisory Council thru the MDCR.

·         Fig (again) will set up a raffle for a choice of muzzle loader or bow or $350.00.  2nd prize will be 2 Clam Bake Tickets and 3rd prize goes to the top ticket seller for 2 Clam Bake Tickets.

·         Treasure John Mott and myself will not be running for office.  Anyone interested in either position please contact a BOD.
