November 12^th – Youth Pheasant Shoot – starts 8:00 A.M.

November 13^th – Turkey Shoot

December 4^th – Kids Christmas Party

Roger Chouinard & wife will run this activity.

Activities

The annual Sporting Clay Shoot with the Petersham Gun Club had 52 shooters! BSC made a profit of $1,167.24. George Marshall thanked everyone who helped including Fig & Ed for operating the kitchen.

Thanks to the folks who participated and worked.

A moment of silence was observed for Roland Either, a long life club member and Randy Stelmokas who recently passed away.

The Barre Sportsman custom designed embroidered hunting hats are available for $20.00 each. See Tim Fitzgerald.

Sporting clays will go on right through the winter.

Jeff Degnan is coordinating a gun raffle – Book of 6 tickets selling for $5.00. Raffle will be on 13 November.

*Club Member Howard Ziff as our volunteer representative gave an update on the Fire Suppression appeal to the State of Mass, tentatively on 9 Nov 05. David Hobbs has been conversing with the Barre Fire Chief’s requirement for a dedicated line for the automatic Fire Alarm System.

· The club voted in the following new members. Heidi LaFreniere, Bert DaBernai, Corey Robinson, Ray Berard, Brian Ford, Joan Bousquct, Steve Koenig, David Simmer and Rick Peckis. Sponsors of new members are urged to show them the ropes! Take them shooting, clean up or participate with any work activity.

The following were a No Show. Kyle Brown, John Bartlette, , Shaun Poopalaski, Larry Braint, and Jason Gerulaitis.

· Voted to continue negotiations with the Barre Fire Chief.

· Voted Mike Crevier as the Snow Plow contractor.

· Voted to let Mike Crevier use the club on 8 July 2006.

· David Berard and Kevin Kelly volunteered to complete the modification of kitchen vent.
