Functions – Completed

* The youth pheasant shoot held on 27 Oct 07 had a low turn out of 3 kids.  On the plus side those 3 kid only lost 2 birds out of 25 and did all the cleaning of birds for the Game Supper.  Chris Duggan did a great job putting this activity together.

* The new emergency door was installed and looks great!  Very professionally done!  This was the last requirement by the town for building and fire codes.  Fig coordinated the installation.

* We had another update on the 2 club sporting clay shoot with Petersham.  There were 60 shooters and both made an excellent profit!  Roger King, George Marshall and Randy Klockers were the organizers.

Clubs members gave appreciation applause for all the completed activities. Note; profit for events are discussed at meetings.

New Business:

·         Voted to let Tony Pitisci purchase a Lamb for the annual Lamb Feed sometime in February 2008 .

·         The club officers and Board of Directors continue to manage the bar and are seeking interested applicants for the position.

·         Tony Pitisci will contact E.P.Wine Co. to repair the kitchen stove.  There is an intermittent gas smell being emitted which club members wanted taken care of.
