October 15th – Sporting Clay Shoot with Petersham Gun Club @ 8:00 a.m.  Food & 75 rounds - $69.00. POC is George Marshall 355/4510 for more info & to volunteer / need trappers.

 

November 12th – Turkey Shoot

Barry Peddle is the coordinator for this activity

 

November 25th – Youth Shoot – POC is David Hobbs.

 

December 3rd – Kids Christmas Party

Roger Chouinard & wife will run this activity.

Activities

 

* Archery Shoot – Done for this year

 

* Range – 22 Shoot – Done for this year

 

* Trap - Wednesdays at 7:30 PM. Thru Oct.   

 

*  Sporting Clays - Thursday at 5:30 PM & Sundays starting at 10:00 AM. Call Roger King for more info at 413 – 477/8745.

 

* Pistol Shoot - with safety instructions once a month.  Pete Stalker & Bert DuVernay are POC.

Next shoot – Saturday 21 Oct 2006 at 9:00AM.

 

 Functions – Completed

*  July: The Chicken BBQ / Family Fun Day was coordinated by Herm Eckand was another profitable event and the Band Velocity provided some great music!

 

*  July: The Quabbin Open NSCA Registered Sporting Clay Shoot was organized by Randy Klockers.  This event had 63 shooters and made a fantastic profit.

 

*  July: George Marshall reported that Fire Pro Tec Company completed the installation of fire protection equipment above the kitchen stove

*   August 19, Pork / Beef BBQ - Followed by an Auction of Attic Treasures coordinated by Tony Pitisci was another excellent event.  Sold 277 meals and made a profit.

 

*  Butch Brown who ran the August 20, Black Powder Shoot (NE Champion Ship) reported that they had 38 shooters and fleshed out another great profit.

 

* Mike Crevier had the septic system inspected and pumped & Bar had an exceptional Quarter.

 

* The annual Clam Bake held on 12 Sep

was a great success!  The club made another profit.  Fig Neri was the coordinator.

 

Clubs members gave appreciation applause for all the completed activities. Note; profit for events are discussed at meetings.
