October 25, start at 9:00 a.m.

Youth Pheasant Shoot.  POC Chris Duggan.

 

November 7,8&9 – Club rented to Peter Cirelli and his RV Club.  Won’t interfere with Sporting Clay Shoot.

 

November 15, start at 9:00 a.m.

Annual Turkey Shoot.  Includes Slugs & Bird Shot.  POC Rob DesChane.

 

December 7, Kids Christmas Party! Start at 1:00 PM. Please contact Roger & Phyllis Chouinard (413)259-1415 or pchouinard@chainfall.com.  Please call with age, names, boy or girl – 8 and under – by Nov 15.

Activities

 

* Archery Shoot – Done – Thanks Fig!

* Range – 22 Shoot – Done – Thanks Tony!

* Trap - Wednesdays at 7:30  – Still Going

Sporting Clays - Sundays starting at 10:00 AM. Call Roger King for more info at 413 – 477/8745.

* Pistol Shoot - with safety instructions once a month.  Pete Stalker & Bert DuVernay are POC.

 

 Functions – Completed

* The Sporting Clay Soot with Petersham had 51 participants.  The weather was terrible but everyone had a great time.  The club made another profi. 

 

*   August 19, Pork / Beef BBQ - coordinated by Tony Pitisci produced another excellent and profitable event. 

 

*  Butch Brown who ran the August 20, Black Powder Shoot reported that they had another profitable event with good participation.

 

* The Annual Clam Bake made another profit – a  good time by all!  Fig & Tony were at the helm with plenty of support.

 

Clubs members gave appreciation applause for all the completed activities. Note; profit for events are discussed at meetings.

* Purchased a new Trap Machine for the Sporting Clay Range.

* The Fire Alarm system is in the process of being repaired by Rick Electric.  Paid $1,200 for the materials needed for the job.

* Voted Rob Deschane as a new member.  The membership is now full at 175.

* Voted to let Keith Parker Bar Manager purchase a new beer cooler for $1800.00 in December.

*Looking for a volunteer to stain the new shooting benches.

* Voted to let the Red Hat Society hold two functions a year during the week.

*Voted to donate a $100.00 to GOLD.
